1. Tuition & Payment
- Tuition is paid monthly in advance.
- Payment is due on or before the first lesson of each month.
- Accepted payment methods: e-transfer / cash.
- Tuition fees are non-refundable.
2. Attendance & Cancellations
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson (Subject to availability).
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
- Missed lessons without notice are forfeited.
3. Make-Up Lessons
- Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and depend on teacher availability.
- Make-ups are offered only for absences with proper notice.
4. Holidays & Teacher Absences
- No lessons will be held on statutory holidays.
- If the teacher must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be provided.
5. Practice Expectations
- Regular home practice is essential for progress.
- Parents are encouraged to support daily practice for younger students.
6. Instrument Responsibility
- Students are responsible for bringing their violin, bow, and music books every lesson.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged instruments.
7. Termination of Lessons
- Two weeks’ notice is required to discontinue lessons.
